We started humbly but with a grand plan: To create an environment where family and friends can gather to enjoy the finest Sandwiches and Delights the Foothills has ever tasted, end of story. And with nothing but a vision and this dream, we've grown and exploded to this point where you're reading this right now and probably salivating.

The best ingredients and AWESOME Environment is a big part of our vision. An unrelenting love for treating our quests like family with desires for yummy food is the other big part. Between those two, we think we pretty much have our bases covered.

Turns out we also like people.  We're not making these delicious Soups, Sandwiches and Chili creations to not share them with our human species. We hope to share them with you.
